Description
English: This left coiled snail is from the Physidae family, Physella acuta or Physella heterostropha Apparently some authors see them as the same species, others don't. Physa acuta is another name that has been used. See here for links about this nomenclature. This specimen was found in a pond in Munich, Germany, in June 2007. The shell is about 1 cm long.
Deutsch: Bei dieser Schnecke mit linksgängigem Gehäuse handelt es sich um eine Blasenschnecke (Familie Physidae) der Art Physella acuta oder Physella heterostropha. Manche Autoren sehen allerdings anscheinend beide als einer Art zugehörig an. Auch Physa acuta wurde als Name verwendet. (Siehe hier für Links auf englischsprachige Seiten zur Nomenklatur. Dieses Exemplar wurde in einem Teich in München gefunden, im Juni 2007. Das Gehäuse ist etwa 1 cm lang.
